HE Ambassador Armando Vargas-Araya
Ambassador of the Republic of Costa RicaArmando Vargas-Araya is a writer and historian, and the author of 12 history books and 19 works on cultural issues that have been published in five countries in the Americas and Europe. He was the first Minister of Communication in Costa Rica, and Ambassador on the Special Missions to Argentina, El Salvador, and Cuba. Since 2019, he’s Ambassador of Costa Rica to Australia and New Zealand.
