Battsetseg Batmunkh
Foreign MinisterFM Battsetseg Matmunkh has been the Foreign Affairs Minister of Mongolia since January 2021, and was previously Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, as well as foreign policy advisor to the Minister for Finance.
From 1996-2005 she was General Director of “Munkhiin useg” Co Ltd, and was Chair of the Board for Directors from 2007-2009. Between 2005-2007 she was Head of Foreign Relations and Cooperation Department, Foreign Investment and Foreign Trade Agency. In 2010-2011, she was Advisor to the Secretary General of the Mongolian People’s Party, then in 2011-2012 she was Head of Foreign Relations and Cooperation Department, Mongolian People’s Party.
She speaks English, Mongolian, and Russian.
