The Indian High Commissioner to Australia, His Excellency Mr Manpreet Vohra, will speak at the AIIA ACT Branch on the topic of India, Australia, and the Indo-Pacific. In his presentation, he will provide an overview of the changing geo-political and geo-economic environment in the region, and the challenges that India and Australia face individually, jointly, and severally with others. His Excellency will also discuss the relationship between India and Australia, its historical evolution, present status, and future trajectory.
Please join us for the ACT Branch's Christmas Party prior to His Excellency's presentation! This event starts later than our normal events during the year, as we will have drinks and a light dinner provided for attendees. His Excellency's presentation will be streamed online live from 7:30pm-8:30pm, however, please join us in-person for the Christmas festivities from 6:45pm! We encourage our members and the broader community to participate in helping us round off the eventful year we have had.
